Today i present you my most recent skin care for day time. I never quiet excited as now on since finally i can present to you the empties (yes, sista, i never emptied any skin care product). Some products did well at the beginning but halfway through the end, it breaking the hell out of my face. Sucks! So basically i never had an HG products till this very moment. There you go...

as promised, now i wanna share my thoughts about the complete Angelique products by L'OCCITANE.. last post, i talked about how amazing their Mask is.. now stay tuned for the complete regimen.. ;)

1. Angelique Cleansing Gel

actually the word "gel" doesn't quiet represent the consistency of this one, because as you can see, it's more of liquid-y.. but it doesn't matter anyway coz i like it a lot.. 

God knows i have a very sensitive skin (besides my weird combination thingy..), and i always used baby soap (liquid one) for cleansing my face otherwise it'll dried out on the outer part of my nose, side of my mouth etc and the redness can be pretty overwhelming.. using "normal" face wash could be suicidal for me.. but sometimes, baby soap have sort of drying effect on my face as well although not as harsh..

well, this baby sure change my mind about "adult" face wash.. LOL.. the consistency reminds me of baby soap yet it doesn't give the dryness bonus on the side.. so i think if you have sensitive skin and forced to use baby soap like me, you could consider this one a try.. the softness and no "tight feeling" after.. yay!!

2. Angelique Exfoliating Gel

ok.. this exfoliating gel have no special end-effect results that makes 'em differ than any other brand.. but the uniqueness came from the scrubbing beads' consistency that actually made from GEL.. yes! gel consistency.. so scrubbing could be less painful.. it's so soft, yet could chop off all the dead skins, and smoother skin all the way..

3. Angelique Hydration Cream.

after all the cleansing, let's move on to moisturizing procedure.. this Hydration Cream actually have pretty thick consistency yet it melt so easily on your skin.. leaving it plump and moist with a nice grass scent as well that could sooth your mind in seconds.. after trying it for few days as a night cream, i can tell this cream made esp for DRY skin.. my skin is combination-to oily, so after a while, some small zits came out but nothing too serious though.. i gave my hubby a try and his skin type is Normal-Dry, actually this cream works well on him and he liked it.. LOLs..

for oily skin, i think i'd prefer more lighter moisturizer.. the next one....

4. Angelique Milky Lotion.

ahh.. see?! though it's name is Milky, but it's not sticky at all.. the consistency reminds me of another quick-absorbed moisturizers i used to wear.. so for my skin type, i'm gonna stick to this one.. it has no SPF though so you'll gonna need extra help.. and go to the next one, my most fave products from angelica...

5. Angelique UV Shield.

ladies, this is UV Shield we are all dreaming of.. it's SPF 40 so quiet good for extreme hot weather lately.. and it's consistency, mannn!! i wish they made BODY SUN BLOCK like this.. so quick absorbed and non-sticky at all.. i was almost burst in tears when tried it.. though it's quiet pricey.. LOL! 

but anyway i love this UV Shield.. thank you L'OCCITANE for makin' it STICKY-FREE.. Smoochhhhh!!!

Daily Body Skin Care..

Responding Marcelle’s blog about Atopic Skin Care must haves, I must say, these products worked really well on me.. this past few weeks my skin became so fragile, extremely dry (got worsened by my hatred of using body lotion) and itched a lot.. I decided to go for antiseptic soaps and a lot of scrubbing, coz I thought maybe I didn’t wash my body properly.. but I didn’t work out.. the results were the same, even worse.. the same dryness, itches (because of irritation), so frustrating..

Then I read her blog about her skin care routine and her dryness problem and I knew, we share the same skin type.. so, I looked for products she recommended.. few of them I’ve tried before, but way back then, my skin have no problem whatsoever (just dry, no itch), so I didn’t see any difference.. just annoying sticky feeling after wearing body lotion (which I hate)..

Here’s the products that I used now.. thanks to Marcelle, my skin is much much better now.. for atopic skin like me, it’s better not to use antiseptic products way too much, coz the alcohol and other harsh chemical agents might be damaging the skin that’s already too sensitive.. she also suggested that we shouldn’t take too hot shower, just body’s temperature or even cold water would be a better option.. less and less body scrubs and hard loofah or puffs, we don’t want to damage our skin even more, right.. basically, just treat your skin gently.. well, I’m clumsy so I’m still trying very hard for that gentle thingy.. LOL! 

nice and cheap xtra gigantic body shower.. contains milk goat for super dry skin.. i used minimum two full pumps each shower.. leave your skin soft and smell nice too..

i use this especially for my hands.. it absorbed nicely and non-greasy at all.. so no more sticky feelin'.. yeayyy!!

last but not least.. the latest product from nivea.. with Hydra IQ.. it claimed to supply moisturizer on the skin from inside for long lasting softer skin.. and it also helps to increase the amount of aquaporin which is the natural hydration canal on your skin.. shockingly this product is not sticky at all, unlike the previous one which always made me miserable when using it..

however i think body butter could do a better job coz it's extra moisturizing thing, but i'll just take the baby steps.. just simple, easy absorbed moisturizer just fine with me.. i hate butter.. maybe someday i could use it, but not now.. haha..

Ahh Moisturizer..!! my Skin Aqua Wonder!

now it's moisturizing timeeee...

after long time in search of perfect moisturizer, now i've found the "one".. it's cheap, it works and i really2 do satisfied with the results..

i used to use hada labo super hyaluronic acid hydrating lotion.. but because it was unavailable in jakarta it's kinda pain for me to have it sent from my causin in singapore all the time.. i was running out last month and she was out of the country.. SOS!! panicked!! then i went to nearest supermarket to seek alternatives.. then i found skin aqua UV moisture gel (normal to oily skin).. 1st i was interested because it also contained hyaluronic acid, and the "gel" structure intrigue me.. i love gel base products so much because of my super oily (sometimes combination) skin.. LOL!

the product has SPF 30 to protect skin from UV-B that could cause skin burn.. and PA++ to protect our skin from UV-A that could darken your skin leave it dull and unhealthy..

it sez that this product is different that any others because of improved hyaluronic acid it contained (AcHA) that could help softened and hydrate you skin.. also completed with collagen, vit B5, E and C to nourished and keeping your skin healthy..

what i love (again) about skin aqua that it's not greasy at all.. absorbs very quick and well onto your skin.. yeay!!
