Last week i was invited by Female Daily to join the launch of Sariayu Color Trend 2016 - Inspirasi Krakatau. I was excited (and still am, actually) since i've been followed Sariayu Color Trends for years. Now after 30 years of work, they come up with yet another marvelous creation of makeup to beautify Indonesia.

Dear readers..  During this Halloween season, sfx makeup is a go to for a fabulous looks. Many youtube gurus created so many tutorials varied from ones with professional equipment and those with creative hearts and uses affordable DIY materials. I am honestly never do any sfx makeup, simply because i think it's outta my league and too messy. But i loooveeeee movies, especially fantasy ones like Hobbits, Lord Of The Rings, Harry Potter and many more. What would that films be without any sfx make up?! Would legolas still looked hot without his pointy ears, haha. That's why, when PAC invited me to this SFX in movie making workshop, i was ecstatic and said YES!!

PAC Asian Beauty Awards Event Report

First of all, so sorry for the very late post. I lost all the pictures and finally got it recovered couple of weeks ago. Haha. Fiuh! Since it was a very awesome event, how could i not share it with you guys. So, let's begin.

I was invited by PAC to their annual Asian Beauty Awards. This event was first held in 2007 in a hope to find new talents in beauty industry, to help them enchance their skills into the next level and also promote them local and internationally. For more info about PAC Asian Beauty Awards just click here. I think this is the best way to testing out our skill, you never know, you'd may be the next winner. Mrs. Monique from PAC encouraged me to join, but i hesitated. My low self esteem get the best of me. Next year, promise!! Wish me luck. Haha.

Time goes by and before we knew it, another year has pass and Sariayu, the famous local brand, launches their annual color trend. It's their 29th launch now, isn't that amazing. And i'm so excited to be part of this beautiful moment.

This year's trend was inspired by the beautiful nature and culture of Papua abd their Raja Ampat region that's known globally for the underwater magic. And do not forget the beautiful birds of paradise that originated here. Do you know that Papua is the largest island in Indonesia and second largest in the world after Greenland? Amazing, right?!

So few weeks ago, PAC, my fave local makeup brand from Martha Tilaar Group, invited me to their exclusive media meet up. They were about to pronounced all the excitement that awaits on the 8th Asian PAC Beauty Awards that will be held on October 25th 2014 as a part of international music festival, Sounds Fair 2014, presented by Java Festival Production. Who's got excited? Me, for sure.

Dan untuk local brand, masa sih ga ada yang tahu tentang Martha Tilaar group. Perusahaan besar yang family based dan sukses mengangkat nama Indonesia di mata dunia loh. Mulai dari anak-anak sampai lansia pun pasti deh tau produk-produk mereka. Me and my mom, for example, are the loyal costumer. Selain sebagai ungkapan cinta tanah air, harga yang terjangkau pun menjadi salah satu alasan why so many Indonesian people love their products.

EVENT REPORT : MISS INDONESIA PAGEANT 2014 FINAL

Dear readers..

As a girl, we always have a dream to become a princess one day. Known as a super tomboy girl growing up, i also shared the same dream (believe it or not), that one day i'd walk on those runways wearing fabulous crown. But what's stopping me? Hmm.. my short legs does (and fat belly, i think). Sobbed! But, i've made peace with the way i am and respected it. maybe i could change the world in other ways. As blogger or influencial writer, maybe? We'll see.

Anyway, since i was a little kid, i watched pageant shows each and every year. No matter how late it aired on tv. It excites me to see women (smart ones) gathered together from all over the world and compete to win the fancy title. I love to see their wardrobes, makeup, hair dos etc. Most of all, i'm thrilled to see the way they answered the judges' questions. From that moment, we could just see how smart they are, not just outer beauty. Well, for years i just saw it on tv. But this year is different. Sariayu kindly invited me to come to Miss Indonesia Pageant Final 2014. Without any hesitation, i said YES! As we all know, for all these years, Sariayu is the official makeup and hairdo sponsor. So i'm honored to be invited to this huge event. Yay!

SARIAYU TREND WARNA 2014 'BORNEO' : FOUNDATION MOUSSE SWATCHES!!

Long time no post.. well, yeah i know, the motherhood activities sounded more like an excuse now.. but to be honest, after spending months of endless complaints bout how tired, how hard and much more, lately, i could bravely say that i enjoyed it (finally!).. even though it's still hard and complicated, i started to see things differently.. like rather than focused on the negativity, just enjoy the fun part and embrace all the moments, cause before you know it, your baby grew and you can't call him/her a baby anymore.. ^_^

Nuff said.. so, after finishing my latte (double shot!), let's do some swatches.. another new products from Sariayu color trend 2014, the foundation mousse..

like all of you makeup junkies already know, Sariayu is one of my all time favorite local brand makeup, esp their eyeshadows.. however, their liquid foundations are too oily for me and it transfers too much, so they never fit my oily-combination skin very well, but it works well for my mom's dry skin.. so if you have dry skin, those products may suits you..

And now, they released their latest invention called foundation mousse.. here you go..

Haiii haiii.. Event report again.. after longggg longggg hiatus from blogger events (momma's duty), on 5th December 2013, i was invited to attend the launch of Sariayu Trend Warna 2014 that was held in JCC, Senayan.. i wouldn't miss it in any way!!

The event itself was held along with Bazaar Fantasirkus Fashion Show.. so as you can tell by the theme, the venue were decorated with all circus stuff..

D'Eyeko Syahrini False Lashes in KHATULISTIWA!!

Ohhh another heart attack!!

Now for the lashes i use on my previous post, i was using D'Eyeko Syahrini's lashes in Khatulistiwa.. this one is moreeee dramatic than the Cendrawasih one, review here!!

Khatulistiwa false lashes are so thick and bold.. it's kinda heavy for my small eyes but the pain is worth the result.. ohh man, i feel like a diva!!

PAC Personal Makeup Lesson -- Wedding Romance Week 2013

helloww my dear readers..

on 4th April 2013, PAC-Martha Tilaar, a professional makeup brand from Indonesia, invited me to their Personal Makeup Lesson and introduction of PAC Liquid Eyeliner Color.. i was so excited because even though i am such a makeup junkie, i almost never been on any "professional" makeup class before.. and PAC is one of the best local brand here that I LOVE, so you could never imagine how excited i was back then.. ^_^

the lesson was held on main atrium east mall Grand Indonesia.. this event is actually part of the Bella Donna Wedding Romance Week "East meet West", the huge wedding exhibition, with Martha Tilaar Group as one of their main sponsor..

so here's the pictures..

during the event there were 15% discount of all products.. yipee!!

but too bad, face painting wasn't included.. (as always).. :'(

well, at first, i thought PAC gave this to all the participants, but i was wrong.. they just lend it to us.. another sobbed moment.. LOL!!

we started by cleaning our face first.. then makeup base, and so on.. you know the drill..

all the participants (including me) were taking this class very seriously and full of enthusiastic.. haha..

today's lesson was held specially for all media guests..

i was the only blogger there..

ahh how i love hangin' with girls and bunch of makeups.. ^_^

RESULTS

here's my makeup look using all PAC makeup..

i LOVE the result.. they even taught me how to contour my nose, which is so hard for me to do.. and how to draw a proper eye-brow.. yeahhh!!

i was using dark brown matte eyeshadow and top it of with gold pearly eyeshadow (SWATCHES HERE).. and for the fun liner i'm using PAC Liquid Eyeliner Color in silver.. gawddd, love the look.. felt like a superstar already.. :P

oww and i used PAC black mascara.. you see how dramatic my lashes looked??

this was me having a serious conversation with the one and only DR. Martha Tilaar.. i was talking about how i love PAC products and some suggestions to make PAC a more successful brand in the future.. and guess what, she actually listened to me and took my suggestions seriously and even asked her employees to wrote down everything i said..

i'd let you know if someday my suggestions are really come true.. it'll be a blast to all of us, makeup junkie.. SERIOUSLY.. ^_^
